ANA returns to Shanghai

Star Alliance member, All Nippon Airways has announced that it will resume services from Nagoya to Shanghai Pudong. From March 27^th, ANA will resume the sector on a daily basis after having cancelled the route due to slot issues. It will compete on the route with Air China, China Southern and JAL which operate a daily service each, whilst China Eastern operates a triple daily service. The route has seen over 460,000 passengers travel between October 2009 and October 2010 with China Eastern having a 37% share.
