ANA returns to Shanghai
Star Alliance member, All Nippon Airways has announced that it will resume services from Nagoya to Shanghai Pudong. From March 27th, ANA will resume the sector on a daily basis after having cancelled the route due to slot issues. It will compete on the route with Air China, China Southern and JAL which operate a daily service each, whilst China Eastern operates a triple daily service. The route has seen over 460,000 passengers travel between October 2009 and October 2010 with China Eastern having a 37% share.
