Air Austral to launch Funchal

Air Austral has launched a new 1x weekly rotation from its base at Orly Airport in Paris to the Island of Funchal in Maderia. The service is operated with A319 aircraft. The carrier will go head to head out of Orly with SATA international which also operates a 1x weekly 737-800 aircraft, whilst Transavia.com France operates a 3x weekly A320 service out of Paris CDG.
