Greater Bay Airlines is a Hong Kong carrier offering scheduled passenger and cargo services. The airline is backed by Huang Chubiao, who is also the founder of Donghai Airlines. 
 
The carrier received an air operator's certificate in October 2021 and commenced inaugural commercial passenger service with the launch of Hong Kong-Bangkok Suvarnabhumi service on in July 2022.
 
Greater Bay Airlines is one of the airlines registered to attend the Routes Asia event in Xi'an, China.
