Lufthansa introduced its first Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental, equipped with premium-economy class, in a special flight from Frankfurt Airport over Northern Germany on Thursday.

Embraer is expecting to firm up the letters of intent (LOIs) it signed at the Farnborough Airshow and add another two European E-Jet operators to its customer base by year-end.
