Air Chef Holdings, LLC, Worthington, Ohio, has hired Clifford (Cliff) C. Smith Jr. as CEO. He replaces Scott A. Liston, who is moving to the position of chairman of the board and chief strategic development and growth officer. Paul Schweitzer, cofounder of Air Chef, will continue as president.
