U.S. Ready To Review 17 New U.S.-France Rights For 1998-99

DOT invited carriers to apply for 17 new U.S.-France frequencies available in 1998 and 1999. The department has allocated 11 of the 21 new frequencies available immediately, and said the 10 remaining 1998 rights would be awarded at the same time as the seven more frequencies that open in April 1999...
