U.S. CUSTOMS SERVICE
U.S. CUSTOMS SERVICE has agreed to implement a program to allow aircraft to receive preclearance flying from the Virgin Islands to the U.S., beginning Oct. 1. The program follows implementation of a different preclearance program for Canada last month (BA, July 31/46).
