Transition at Alitalia

Italian antitrust authorities have approved the combination of Alitalia and Air One in a new airline group led by Italian investor group CAI. The only caveat is that the combined carrier has to offer at least 10% of its seats at the lowest fare previously offered by Air One or Alitalia on each route...
