Air Arabia Abu Dhabi will provide direct competition for Pegasus Airlines on the route.

The number of connections between the United Arab Emirates and Israel is set to grow further.

Mattala will become the ULCC’s first destination in South Asia.

The French destination is one of five the carrier plans to launch or relaunch in its summer 2022 schedule.

In addition to new flights to the Greek island this summer, Etihad will resume service to three destinations.

The UAE carrier is also establishing a new airline in Pakistan.

The move follows the UAE's relaxation of travel bans.

Krasnodar will become the second Russian destination in the ULCC’s expanding network.

The carrier has halted flights to the West African country amid a dispute between the civil aviation authorities of Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates.

Air Arabia Abu Dhabi is further expanding its offer to India later this month.

The route is made possible by the 2020 Abraham Accords which facilitated visa-free travel between the countries.
