Avelo Airlines is adding four more routes from Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN), growing its original U.S. East Coast base to 21 destinations served.

The carrier is also launching a new Florida route from its Minneapolis base.

Nine new routes are being added to the airline’s route map from the Texan airport.

The carrier hopes the point-to-point routes will stimulate business travel this summer as well as attracting leisure traffic.

A trio of new US cities are set to join the Dallas-based carrier’s route map.

Two aircraft will be based at the Iowa airport from July.

Portland, Key West and Jackson Hole are joining the Las Vegas-based airline’s network.

The Las Vegas-based ULCC is adding 15 routes to its network, including two new destinations.
