PEMCO World Air Services announced the completion and delivery of its 10th converted aircraft for China Postal Airlines, a Boeing 737-400F. ST Engineering announced EcoServices has exercised a purchase option with Pratt & Whitney for the use and acquisition of its intellectual property assets for an aggregate cost of $25.2 million. EcoServices will now fully own, manage and protect its own portfolio of intellectual property assets.
In its services market outlook, Boeing identifies a total market of almost $2.4 trillion over the next 20 years. The market for services is projected to grow by approximately 4% annually over the term of the outlook.
Turkish Technic signed a C check maintenance contract with Nordwind Airlines for two Airbus A321s. Services will be carried out in March at the Turkish Technic facilities in Istanbul.
