Tariq M. Jesrai has become president/ general manager of Hartwell Aerospace, Placentia, Calif. He succeeds John W. Chambers, who is retiring but will continue as a staff consultant. Jesrai was vice president/general manager of the Tedeco Div. of Aeroquip-Vickers.
