Tail assembly from the Airbus A300 that crashed on Nov. 12 arrived yesterday at NASA Langley Research Center, which was asked by the NTSB to help determine why the vertical stabilizer and rudder apparently came off American Flight 587 that crashed near New York Kennedy.
