Mary Wanke is a managing partner of Aerontii, LLC. She set up Aviation Women Inspiring Next Generation, Inc. (AWING), a non-profit organization committed to the education, recognition, advancement, and equality of all female professionals in the aviation industry.

It aims to expand opportunities for women in all aviation positions and improve gender diversity, pay, job status, and benefit gaps experienced in the industry.
