SmartSky and Neo NextGen Digital Partnership
SmartSky Networks has partnered with Neo NextGen to develop bespoke digital solutions powered by SmartSky’s Skytelligence digital platform. The partnership will use advanced technologies and data to streamline MRO operations for customers such as AJW Technique.

FEAM Partners With L2 Aviation
FEAM and L2 Aviation have announced a strategic alliance, under which L2 will have access to FEAM’s international network of maintenance facilities and personnel to support its growing services and customer base. FEAM will also broaden its service offerings by integrating L2’s avionics engineering and integration capabilities.

ATC Plans New Tulsa MRO Facility
Air Transport Components has announced plans to establish a new MRO facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It will offer HVOF thermal spray coatings, non-destructive testing and painting services and plans to expand its offerings in the future.

Breeze Opts for Airbus Flight Hour Services
Breeze Airways has selected Airbus Flight Hour Services to provide long-term material services support for its A220 fleet. The contract includes spare parts pooling, multiple on-site stocks, component repairs and engineering.

AerSale Expands Component Capabilities
AerSale Component Solutions has expanded its MRO capabilities with the acquisition of pneumatic system testing technology from Bauer, Inc. It says the technology will enhance its ability to provide MRO for a wide range of pneumatic components, including starters, air cycle machines, valves and actuators.

Safran and AJW Contract
Safran and AJW Group have signed a five-year contract to maintain electric power generators, electrical contractors and ventilation systems equipment for Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft. The contract will support approximately 50 auxiliary power units generators and more than 100 ventilation systems per year.

Honeywell Releases APU Upgrade
Honeywell has released a High Efficiency Mode upgrade for its 131-9A APU for single-aisle Airbus aircraft. It says the upgrade can provide larger operators with an estimated savings of up to 15% due to longer time-on-wing

ATC Partners With TDA on A320 Assets
Air Transport Components (ATC) and TDA have entered an agreement, under which TDA is housing strategic Airbus A320 assets at ATC’s new facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The companies say the central location will provider quicker coverage to their customers in the middle of the U.S.

Intersky Precision Aerospace Acquires T-Aerospace
Intersky Precision Aerospace has acquired T-Aerospace, an MRO that supports cargo, commercial and military aviation. T-Aerospace will continue to operate as an independent business unit out of its Memphis, Tennessee location.

Kellstrom Signs Lighting Distribution Agreement
Kellstrom Aerospace has signed a worldwide commercial aftermarket distribution agreement with Amglo Kemlite Laboratories for commercial aerospace lighting products. It will now distribute Factory New Amglo Kemlite Quartz Halogen landing and taxi lights, which are approved for many Boeing aircraft models.

Avelo Airlines Picks LHT for Material Supply
Avelo Airlines has awarded Lufthansa Technik a contract to supply material for its growing fleet of Boeing 737NGs. LHT will supply Avelo with consumables and expendables from its network of supply and MRO facilities.

StandardAero Aims for Net Zero Carbon Footprint
StandardAero has set a company goal to reduce its overall carbon footprint by net 45% by 2030 and to achieve a net zero carbon footprint by 2050. It is working to reduce consumption, minimize waste and limit environmental impact through its GreenERmro program.

African MRO Collaboration
Ethiopian Airlines MRO, UTD Aviation Solutions and the African Airlines Association (AFRAA) have signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding to work together on MRO services under The Brown Condor Initiative (BCI). The BCI project is aimed at leveraging AFRAA MRO facilities and manpower to help relieve the U.S. workforce crunch.

FACC Partners With Leki Aviation
FACC has announced a partnership with parts distributor and service provider Leki Aviation. It says the partnership will help it address growing aftermarket demand in China, where Leki Aviation operates two branches.
