Exclusive Jets, operating as FlyExclusive, has placed an order with Textron Aviation for eight Citation XLS Gen2 midsize jets and up to six Citation Longitudes.

FlyExclusive, based in Kinston, North Carolina, has also exercised an option to purchase five additional Citation CJ3+ aircraft from an order placed earlier this year for 30 CJ3+ business jets. Delivery of the five jets is scheduled for 2024. The Citation XLS Gen 2 aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2024, while the first two Citation Longitude large jets are expected in 2025.

The aircraft will be used in FlyExclusive’s fractional ownership program. FlyExclusive is one of the largest owners and operators of Citation jets in the world, operating Citation X, Citation Sovereign, Citation Excel/XLS, Citation CJ3/CJ3+, Citation Encore/Encore+ and other aircraft models.

A Part 135 operator, FlyExclusive provides fractional, Jet Club and Partner programs and operates a fleet of 90 aircraft.

“This agreement reinforces FlyExclusive's rapid growth and further bolsters the company's offerings in the fractional space. We continue to elevate the private flying experience, delivering consistent, reliable, and world-class service for our customers,” says FlyExclusive Chairman and CEO Jim Segrave.

“We are proud to deepen our relationship with Textron Aviation and support high-quality, American manufacturing," he says. "We appreciate Textron Aviation's support as we continue to grow into one of the largest private jet charter operators in the industry."
