Video: A Closer Look At The World's Largest Aircraft

The Radia WindRunner is a massive cargo aircraft under development specifically designed to transport the largest and most efficient wind turbine blades and components directly to wind farm sites.

It will be the world's largest aircraft when completed, even larger than the Antonov An-225 and projected to be 106 feet longer than a Boeing 747.

Engineered to carry existing and future ultra-large wind turbine blades that conventional cargo planes cannot accommodate, the aircraft aims to enable deployment of the wind industry's biggest and most advanced turbines.
