Video: European Business Aviation Market Growth Prediction
Molly McMillin, Senior Editor at Aviation Week Network, discusses the European market for business aviation ahead of EBACE 2024.
According to Aviation Week Fleet & MRO Forecasts, the in-service fleet in Europe is projected to grow from about 4,200 aircraft today to over 5,700 by the end of 2033, representing a 3.5% annual growth rate, which is higher than the world average of 1.4%. Europe is the second largest aircraft market for many manufacturers, making it one of the most important. Aviation Week also forecasts the delivery of around 1,600 business jets and about 500 turboprops to the European market in the next 10 years.
