Sabena plans capital injection for African hotel subsidiary
Sabena is planning to inject 650 million Belgian francs ($18 million) in its 80%-owned subsidiary Compagnie des Grands Hotels Africains. The decision is due to be confirmed July 7. The company's main asset is a hotel in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo, formerly Zaire.
