REP. BART STUPAK
REP. BART STUPAK (D-Mich.) has introduced legislation, H.R.963, to exempt non-commercial aircraft and marine radios from Federal Communications Commission registration and fee requirements. Aircraft owners currently must register their radios with the FCC and pay a fee of $115 every 10 years.
