RAY HARVEY was promoted to national sales manager of Jet Professionals, Inc., the aviation personnel and consulting unit of KC Aviation. Harvey has been with JPI since 1992 and before that was the director of marketing and sales and a line pilot for a large flight department based in the Northeast.
