CFM International chose Raymond Scodellaro as its new VP for contracts. Scodellaro formerly served as corporate purchasing manager for the Safran group.

Air Maintenance Estonia appointed David Williams as managing director and CEO, succeeding Lars-Olof Bolinder. Williams has been in the aviation maintenance business for more than 38 years.

AFI KLM E&M chose Ron de Bos to head its North American sales.

Enthone, a subsidiary of Cookson Electronics, has appointed Vladimir Pade to industry manager for aerospace and defense. He will be responsible for identifying and expanding OEM approvals for wear and corrosion coatings.

EmpowerMx signed an agreement with Aviation & Defense Inc. for a software-as-a-service licensing agreement. ADI will use the FleetCycle execution suite MRO manager and material manager products.

Lufthansa Technik Aero Alzey inked a contract with Villa Air for MRO services and spares support on the operator's fleet of Pratt & Whitney Canada PW127F engines. It also signed an agreement with Air Europa in Mallorca for its fleet of GE CF34-10E engines for MRO services.

AFI KLM E&M signed a contract with Swiftair for Boeing 737 line maintenance in Edinburgh. AFI KLM E&M's U.K. subsidiary, KLM UK Engineering, will inspect, check and perform necessary repairs up to A check levels. AFI KLM E&M also will provide maintenance for Atlas Air's fleet of Boeing 747-400s.

Discovery Air Technical Services welcomes Calvin Tuitt as VP, sales and marketing. Tuitt has spent 27 years in the regional aircraft and engine repair businesses.
