No Deal Struck Yet In U.S.-Japan Talks
U.S. and Japanese aviation negotiators reached no resolution during three days of talks in Washington to liberalize air services between the two countries. Negotiations kicked off April 3 and were scheduled to end yesterday, but were continuing at press time.
