Negotiations between the U.S. and Hong Kong
Scheduled to end yesterday, negotiations between the U.S. and Hong Kong have been extended through today in Hong Kong. The sides are looking to hammer out a separate U.S.-Hong Kong bilateral before Hong Kong falls under Chinese rule.
