PT6A FASTLANE includes on-wing inspections by a certified StandardAero field service representative, service center support and OEM-approved repairs. The program is dubbed FASTLANE because typically StandardAero can complete on-wing inspections and most repairs within three days, if booked 30 days in advance.

Primary engine models for the program include PT6A-41/-42/-60A/-114A/-135A (dozens of other PT6A engines may apply as well). StandardAero guarantees a one-day turnaround time for inspection and a two-day turnaround for engine workscope repairs, with 30-day advance scheduling.
Operator Requirements
Operators wishing to use this program are required to provide StandardAero with engine performance data and engine logbook information, including updated times/cycles, one week before scheduled services. The customer’s aircraft and access to proper hangar and support equipment must be available when a StandardAero technician arrives onsite.
