EASA has issued proposed airworthiness directive 21-092 for Airbus A380s, requiring replacement of belly fairing air cooling pack discharge duct adjustable rods and electric power generator and ground power control unit, plus software update on this unit, installation of modified door lining panels, replacement of engine feed fuel pipe-end fittings, inspection of nose landing gear bay bulkhead panel and installation of redesigned fan cowl latch access panels, effective 14 days after airworthiness directive is issued.

EASA has issued safety information bulletin CASA-2021-10 for Airbus Canada A220-100s and -300s, regarding take-off with incorrect throttle setting.

EASA has issued airworthiness directive G-2021-0004 for Survitec Group escape slides, life rafts and flotation devices, requiring inspection, effective July 5, 2021.

EASA has issued airworthiness directive 2021-0153 for Airbus A380-841s, -842s and -861s, requiring inspection of rear fuselage lateral lower frame joint, effective July 14, 2021.

EASA has issued safety information bulletin 2021-14 on removal from service of umlaut Engineering hand-operated fire extinguishers for Airbus A320 family, A330s, A340s, A350s and A380s, and ATR 72s.

EASA has issued airworthiness directive ISR-I-24-2021-6-6R1 for Boeing 767s with Israel Aerospace Industries supplemental type certificate, requiring inspection of ltd: main deck oxygen alert system - circuit breaker wiring connection, effective July 1, 2021.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2021-11-07 for certain GEnx-1B64s, 1B64/P1s, -1B64/P2s, -1B67s, -1B67/P1s, -1B67/P2s, -1B70s, -1B70/75/P1s, - 1B70/75/P2s, -1B70/P1s, -1B70/P2s, -1B70C/P1s, -1B70C/P2s, -1B74/75/P1s, -1B74/75/P2s, -1B76/P2s, -1B76A/P2s, -2B67s, -2B67/Ps and -2B67Bs, requiring inspection of the stages 6-10 compressor rotor spool and, depending on the results of the inspection, replacement, effective July 30, 20

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2021-12-17 for certain ATR42-300s, -320s and -500s, ATR72-101s, -102s, -201s, -202s, -211s, -212s and -212As, requiring a detailed visual inspection of certain seat tracks for deficiencies, sealant blockage and out of tolerance ligament, and, depending on findings, accomplishment of applicable corrective actions, effective Aug. 4, 2021.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2021-12-18 for all Airbus A330-200s, A330-200 freighters, -300s, A340-200s, and -300s, requiring replacing certain APU aft fuel pumps, effective Aug. 4, 2021.

FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2021-14-08 for all Airbus A319-151Ns, -153Ns, -171Ns, A320-251Ns, -252Ns, -253Ns, -271Ns, -272Ns, -273Ns, A321-251Ns, -251NXs, -252Ns, -252NXs, -253Ns, -253NXs, -271Ns, -271NXs, -272Ns and -272NXs, requiring revising the airplane flight manual to include a procedure to reinforce the airspeed check during the take-off phase and providing instructions to abort take-off in certain cases, effective July 1, 2021.

Transport Canada has issued airworthiness directive CF-2021-21 for Airbus Canada Limited Partnership A220-100s and -300s, requiring a visual inspection of the torque identification stripes, torquing of the fuel pressure switches, and installation of lock-wires at the two alternating current boost pump cartridges, plus other actions, effective July 14, 2021.
