JMC Group Wins Ryanair 737 Support Contract
Ryanair has signed a maintenance agreement with JMC Group, under which JMC will support nine of the airline’s aircraft through the Boeing 737 Flight Length Sensitive Inspection program. Its technicians will carry out the nose-to-tail inspections throughout the remainder of the winter season at Prestwick Airport in Glasgow, UK.

HAECO and Liebherr Extend Landing Gear Agreement
HAECO Landing Gear Services and Liebherr-Aerospace have extended their landing gear services agreement in China to cover services for Embraer E-Jet E1 operators.

AAR Distribution Agreement with Collins De-Icing Subsidiary
AAR has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Collins Aerospace’s Goodrich De-Icing and Specialty Heating Systems business to provide airlines, operators and MROs with de-icers and supporting products.

Composite Repairs MoU
Composite repair specialist GMI Aero has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the KKIP Aerospace Training Centre in Malaysia that will support the training specialist in becoming a center of excellence in bonded composite repairs in the region.

Air Tahiti Nui Chooses LOTAMS for Base Maintenance Services
Air Tahiti Nui has chosen LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services (LOTAMS) for base maintenance services. LOTAMS performed two C-checks for the airline in January and in coming months it will continue to perform more base maintenance on its fleet from its technical base in Warsaw.

Magnetic and ITS Sign Cooperation Agreement
Magnetic Trading has signed a cooperation agreement with supply chain specialist ITS that will enable the companies to share resources with each other, including service offerings such as power-by-the-hour and line maintenance.

Magnetic Group Implements Quality Management System
Magnetic Group announced that it has implemented EN9100/9110 aerospace quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements. It says its implementation of the standard focused on identifying needed processes, continuous risk monitoring and process management.

Fokker Services Adds New Component Maintenance Tech
Fokker Services has added new component maintenance technology at its facility in LaGrange, Georgia in the U.S. It has installed fully automated twin wire electric arc spray technology, which it says enables it to manage the entire component restoration process in-house for hundreds of part numbers.

GKN Aerospace Closing Two Fokker Facilities
The Dutch Trade Union Federation has reported that GKN Aerospace announced plans to close two Fokker facilities: Fokker Elmo in Hoogerheide and the Fokker Landing Gear facility in Helmond. It plans to consolidate operations at Fokker Aerostructures in Papendrecht.

Aeroplex Opens New Budapest Hangar
Hungarian MRO Aeroplex of Central Europe has opened a new 8,000 m.2 hangar at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, which is capable of servicing widebody aircraft.
