STS To Provide Base Maintenance For Air Transat
STS Aviation Services signed an agreement with Air Transat to provide heavy base maintenance for the Canadian airline’s fleet. STS has already carried out two Airbus A320neo C checks at its maintenance facility in Birmingham.

Embraer Teams Up With Sky High Aviation
Embraer has signed a services agreement with Sky High Aviation to support the airline’s newly acquired E190 jets. Under the contract terms, Sky High Aviation will have access to Embraer’s pool program, which includes component exchanges and repair services for more than 340 repairable and interchangeable parts. 

IAI Gets EASA STC for B737-800SF PTF
Israel Aerospace Industries has received a supplemental type certificate from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency for its B737-800SF passenger-to-freighter conversions. The approval opens its conversions to European customers, and IAI has already delivered its first two converted aircraft to a customer in Spain, with an additional aircraft currently undergoing conversion.

J&C Aero Launches Airbus A320/A330 Line Maintenance 
J&C Aero has received its first EASA Part 145 approval, which covers line maintenance of Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft. J&C Aero has already welcomed the first aircraft operated by Heston Airlines at Vilnius International Airport. 

LOT Polish Airlines Renews And Expands Embraer’s Pool Program
LOT Polish Airline has signed a contract with Embraer to renew and expand its Pool Program to support LOT’s fleet of E-Jets. As per the new agreement, LOT will add seven more E-Jets to the original contract. 

Wencor Extends Purchase Agreement With ALP Aviation
Wencor announced the extension of its partnership with Alp Havacilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (ALP Aviation) until 2027 during the Farnborough International Airshow. As per the new MY10 Sikorsky contract, Wencor will provide consumable and expendable parts to support ALP Aviation’s production requirements.

New Delta TechOps GTF Engine Shop
Delta TechOps Services Group is set to open a new Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) engine maintenance shop at the end of 2022. The new shop will support the repair of more than 300 GFT engines a year across the PW1100 and PW1500 platforms.  

Moog, Triumph Partner on Actuation Control System MRO
Moog has signed a four-year agreement with Triumph Group to include Triumph’s landing gear and lower deck cargo door actuation control systems for the Boeing 787 into Moog’s Aftermarket Total Support Program for an unnamed Asia-Pacific operator. Technical services for the systems will take place at Triumph’s facilities in Yakima, Washington and Clemmons, North Carolina.

ANA Expands Satair Materials Contract
All Nippon Airways has expanded its Integrated Material Services (IMS) contract with Satair to include delivery of expendable material used on its non-Airbus fleet. The agreement also extends its existing long-term IMS contract for its A320 and A380 fleet for a multi-year period. 

BBAM Orders More 737-800 Boeing Converted Freighters
BBAM Limited Partnership has placed an order for nine more 737-800 Boeing Converted Freighters, growing its total orders to 40. BBAM will be the first customer to take delivery of a 737-800BCF at the new conversion line set to open in 2023 at KF Aerospace.
