S. (Vish) Viswanathan and J. Garner Moore have been named to the board of directors of Houston-based Materials Science Technology Inc. Viswanathan is Austin Finch professor of finance at Duke University, while Moore is retired vice president-chemicals of the Ethyl Corp.
