Martinair To Start Daily Miami/Costa Rica Service
Dutch carrier Martinair on Oct. 31 plans to start daily service between Miami and San Jose, Costa Rica, using Boeing 737-800s and connecting at MIA with its daily 767-300 service to and from Amsterdam.
