JOHN HEYNINCK/Burton Electrical Engineering
JOHN HEYNINCK was promoted to general manager of Burton Electrical Engineering. Heyninck joined Burton, which produces aircraft electrical power cables, in March 1994 as engineering manager. He previously was manufacturing manager of Montclair Molding.
