LOS ANGELES-based jet charter operator TWC Aviation, Inc. has added a 13-seat Embraer Legacy 600 to its charter fleet. The aircraft has a dual DVD entertainment system and a SATCOM phone, and passengers can have meals from the warming and microwave ovens.
