THE FOURTH PROTOTYPE of the Franco-German Tiger combat helicopter crashed on a night demonstration flight for the Australian army. The crash, which took place near Springvale Station, North East Australia, destroyed the machine but left the French test pilot and his Australian passenger unhurt.
