The FAA has awarded
The FAA has awarded a type certificate to General Electric's CF34-10E engine, rated at 18,500 lb. thrust, which will power JetBlue Airways' twin-engine Embraer 190s scheduled for delivery later this year. The CF34-10E is the sole powerplant type for the Embraer 190 and 195.
