EUROCOPTER HAS 90 PERCENT STAKE IN EUROHELI
Eurocopter has bought an 80 percent stake in Japan’s Euroheli from ITOCHU Corp. for an undisclosed sum, the company announced last week. The French company already owned 10 percent of Euroheli. The move was made primarily to strengthen its presence in Japan, spokeswoman Cecile Vion-Lanctuit said....
