Embraer 175 Nets Large Order From Jet Airways Of India
With orders scarce at this year's Farnborough air show, Embraer has been the second day's exception, having concluded a deal with India's Jet Airways.
The company ordered 10 Embraer 175s plus 10 options, becoming the first Asian customer for the aircraft. The order is valued at $520 million, and deliveries will start in June 2004.
