The payloads for two delayed Atlas missions at Cape Canaveral were transposed in last week's issue (p. 25). The EchoStar 7 spacecraft will be launched on an Atlas III from Pad 36B, while TDRS I will be launched on an Atlas IIA from Pad 36A. Also, the TDRS delay is not related to a bureaucratic issue...
