DOT Wants Comments Regarding Accommodation Of Disabled Passengers
DOT Inspector General on Friday requested public comments on the quality of airline accommodation of passengers with disabilities and special needs. The IG continues to seek input on airline overbooking practices, access to lowest fares and long days on board aircraft.
