The Philippine Air Force (PAF) has confirmed that one of its newly purchased Sikorsky/PZL S-70i Black Hawk helicopters crashed on June 23. The incident, in the Tarlac region northwest of the capital Manila, occurred as the aircraft was undertaking a night proficiency flight. There were no survivors...
