Court Gives Nod To Northwest For Its Chapter 11 Emergence
Northwest cleared the final hurdle of exiting Chapter 11 on Friday after the carrier won court approval of its reorganization plan. The carrier plans to emerge from bankruptcy May 31. Earlier this month, the airline won approval of its plan from creditors (DAILY, May 11).
