Jet-A Fuel Prices Decrease In January 2026

The national average for a gallon of Jet-A fuel in January 2026 totaled $6.51, down 14 cents from December and down 7 cents from a year ago, according to a fuel survey of U.S. FBOs by the Aviation Research Group.

The only monthly increase during January took place in the Western Pacific region, up 27 cents from December, while the largest monthly decrease was in the Central region, with prices down 34 cents. 

Prices are full retail and reflect all taxes and fees.
