Quest Aircraft Co. has a new CEO. Robert Wells, who most recently served as CEO of TAG Aviation’s holding company, joined Quest as CEO on Jan. 15. He replaces Sam Hill, who retired. “I am very pleased that an individual of Rob’s caliber and talent will be leading Quest moving forward,” Hill said....
