Fairchild Aircraft's newest corporate turboprop, the Fairchild 300, has increased lateral control harmony and responsiveness with improved overall performance. 

The aircraft replaces the Merlin line, is similar to its immediate predecessor, the Merlin 3C. In this pilot report David M. North explained the external differences between the two aircraft.
