From The Archives: Dassault-Breguet Falcon 50

On the cover of the Apr. 25, 1977 issue of Aviation Week & Space Technology, is an image of the Dassault-Breguet Falcon 50 prototype.

The long-range business jet flies over southeastern France during a recent test flight from flight test center at Istres. The aircraft os powered by three 3,700-lb.-thrust Garrett TFE731-3 turbofans, and will have a range of about 3,600 stat. mi. with six passengers. The first of three pre-production aircraft was expected to fly later in the year.
