Sentient Jet is celebrating its 25th anniversary with the launch of a limited-edition jet card and commemorating the invention of the jet card concept.

In addition, it has added a 2024-25 Referral and Rewards Program.

The 25th Anniversary Jet Card is available through Dec. 31, 2024, and offers “favorable economics with reduced minimums and rates, along with a refined 30-day variable fuel schedule,” the company says.

“When we introduced the Jet Card in 1999, we redefined private aviation—shifting from ownership or chartering to a simpler, more flexible model,” says Andrew Collins, CEO of Flexjet, Sentient Jet’s parent company. “For 25 years, we’ve empowered our card owners to travel on their own terms, delivering reliability, privacy and quality service. This milestone celebrates not just how far we’ve come, but our dedication to creating meaningful travel experiences that aligns with the evolving needs of our card owners.”

Since launching service, Sentient Jet has flown more than 1 million passengers to more than 2,500 international destinations and has carried nearly 6,700 active card owners. Of the more than 228 million mi. flown, the company also has offset more than 1,339,235 metric tons of CO2 emissions.

“Throughout my career, I have seen several developments and innovations in the private aviation industry, but Sentient Jet’s creation of the jet card ranks as one of the most important and revolutionary product developments,” says Flexjet Chairman Kenn Ricci. “The jet card has created a market that previously did not exist and has exposed many new entrants and first-time buyers to our industry. Virtually every private aircraft provider uses some form of the product today.”

In addition to the 25-hr. jet card, Sentient Jet is offering packages for its 2024-25 Referral and Rewards Program. Card owners who refer two or more customers to Sentient Jet will receive a bottle of Staglin Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 and an entry into its grand prize—10 hr. of gifted flight time and 25 days at an exclusive resort, totaling at a value of approximately $230,000.

“As we celebrate 25 years of innovation, we’re proud to honor the loyalty of our card owners, whose trust and commitment have been the keys to our success and continued partnership,” says Sentient Jet Chief Revenue

Officer Peter Ockerbloom. “Building long-term relationships is at the core of the work we do. Whether it’s offering a text-to-book platform for our card owners to meet demand, or introducing new partnerships in our benefits guide, we aim to enhance the experience for our card owners and remain the most personalized and thoughtful way to fly.”
