Empire Aviation Group, the Dubai-based global private aviation company, has announced plans for a new commercial facility at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South, with construction expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.

Founded in 2007, the company’s fleet currently comprises around 25 aircraft with one-third of these available for charter. The most recent additions to the managed fleet include a Gulfstream G700, G600, and G280; Global XRS; Airbus ACJ; and Embraer Legacy 650.

According to Paras P. Dhamecha, founder and managing director, the business aviation sector is developing rapidly.

“With growing investment in world-class infrastructure in response to increasing demand, the strengthening UAE and regional economies continue to attract business and wealth, and new interest in aircraft ownership and charter,” Dhamecha said.

Empire Aviation holds air operator certificates (AOCs) in both the UAE and San Marino, enabling it to operate across key private aviation markets including the USA, Europe, India, Africa, Indonesia, and the Middle East. The company is also the authorized Independent Sales Representative (ISR) for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in India.

The company offers a wide range of integrated aviation services for aircraft owners and charter clients, and personalized customer services.

Dhamecha says the company sees “sustained international interest” in its services from various sectors, including individuals and families, corporates, and government entities.

“Our aim is to maximize the value and benefits of private aviation for owners while protecting the value of their aircraft assets,” he added. “It’s all about building trust with owners who want the reassurance of entrusting their multi-million-dollar assets to experienced managers.”

Dhamecha said the company’s new headquarters at MBRAH is in line with Dubai’s vision of becoming a global aviation hub.

“Empire Aviation works globally, but our roots are in Dubai and the UAE,” Dhamecha said. “It’s not just about physical infrastructure, Dubai is also investing in the regulatory framework, partnerships, and talent ecosystem that will support its ambition to become the aviation capital of the world.”

Empire Aviation will host aircraft owners, charter clients, partners, and aviation officials at its dedicated pavilion during the upcoming Dubai Airshow.
