The U.S. national average for a gallon of Jet-A fuel declined 13 cents in October compared to the previous month at $7.44 but are up $1.76 per gallon from a year ago, according to Argus International. The largest monthly decline was in the Central Region with a 31-cent decrease from September prices, while the largest monthly increase was in the New England Region with a rise of 9 cents.
