The national average for a gallon of Jet-A totaled $6.53 in November, up 2 cents from October and down 59 cents compared to a year ago, according to a survey of more than 200 U.S. fixed base operators by the Aviation Research Group. (Prices are full retail and include all taxes and fees.)


The largest decline was in the Eastern region, down 6 cents from October, while the largest increase was in the Northwest Mountain and Western Pacific regions, where prices rose 7 cents in both areas compared to October. The Central region was the least expensive at $5.87 per gallon, while the most expensive region was the Western Pacific region at $7.11 per gallon.
