Women In Aviation International Names New CEO

Former United Airlines Vice President Lynda Coffman has been named CEO of Women in Aviation International, beginning Jan. 22, 2024.

She replaces Stephanie Kenyon, who was named interim CEO in July 2023 following the departure of former CEO Allison McKay. McKay was hired in 2020 following the retirement of founder and longtime CEO Peggy Chabrian.

Coffman joined United Airlines more than 30 years ago, most recently serving as vice president and president of United Ground Express.

She also has served on a number of private company and nonprofit boards. Coffman resides in Barrington, Illinois. Women in Aviation International has more than 17,000 members.
