Two New Engines, Two New Aircraft
Business aviation engine manufacturers recently announced big advancements in new engine programs, as assembly of two new business jets begin.
GE is shipping Passport engines to Bombardier for its new Global 8000, assembly of which is underway, and Rolls-Royce wrapped up testing its Pearl 10X engines that will power Dassault’s first Falcon 10X, the assembly of which also started.
Bombardier is planned an entry into service for the Global 8000 in late 2025, and Dassault intends to start Falcon 10X delivers in 2027.
